DAY 1: SAIGON ARRIVAL (-/-/D)

Upon arrival, you will be received by your guide and transferred to your hotel for check-in.

DAY 2: SAIGON – CU CHI – HALF DAY CITY TOUR (B/L/D)

Morning start with Cu Chi Tunnels which were never discovered by American Force. These tunnels are stretching over 200 km and were important Viet Cong  base during the American War.  This underground network, dug by hand connected command posts hospital shelter and weapon factories.

Back to Saigon and wind through District One before heading to the famous Saigon landmarks, the post office and the Cathedral of Notre Dame as well as the Centre Post Office and pass by the ornate  City Hall (Hotel De Ville) and old Opera House. Visit Unification Palace which formerly was Independence palace of the South Vietnamese President, War Museum and last, go shopping at Ben Thanh Market.

DAY 3: SAIGON – MY THO – SAIGON (B/L/D)

Transfer to outskirt of Saigon and begins the tour on the beautiful countryside road.

Start at Tourist Boat Station (My Tho), cruising on Tien (Mekong) river and seeing four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise, Phoenix. Enjoy fresh coconut juice. Visit fish floating market and Fish-craft village along Tien River. Stop at Thoi Son Island, go walking around countryside road, seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits and listen to traditional music. Take a rowing boat on small canal with beautiful scenery of country side, to visit honey-bee farm and enjoy honey-tea. Stop at Phoenix Island to visit Coconut Monk Temple and Crocodile-pond. Lunch at a local restaurant. Drive back to Saigon.

DAY 4: SAIGON – VUNG TAU – SAIGON (B/L/D)

After breakfast, proceed to Vung Tau, a well-known coastal resort 125km southeast of Saigon. Vung Tau is a famous beach resort with long sandy beaches and warm water whole year round. Upon arrival in Vung Tau, take Vung Tau city tour including Summer Palace of the Emperor Bao Dai, Christ Hill (St. Jacque Janerio), 18 meters high Goddess of Mercy, Thuy Van beach and Whale Temple dedicated to whales considered as the rescuing gods for local fishermen. come back to saigon in the afternoon.

DAY 5: SAIGON DEPARTURE (B/-/-)

Free at your leisure till transfer to airport for departure flight.
