DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – FULL DAY CITY TOUR (-/L/D)
Begin your Hanoi adventure with a warm welcome as you land at Noi Bai Airport. Professional tour guides and drivers await you at the pickup lobby, ready to provide a seamless experience. Enjoy a 45-minute drive to the city center (Hanoi Old Quarter) while receiving insightful briefings about the city’s highlights, culture, traffic, and cuisine.
Upon reaching your hotel, check-in and take some time to relax. Please note that the hotel check-in time is at 14:00.
To continue your day, your tour guide will lead you on a leisurely walk around the serene Hoan Kiem Lake to the Opera House, pausing at significant landmarks such as the statue of King Ly Thai To, the Vietnamese Government Guest House, and the Sofitel Metropole Hanoi. Stroll back to the Old Town, exploring key streets before returning to your hotel.
Wrap up the day by experiencing the enchanting water puppet show, a unique performance dating back to the 11th century. These shows depict the daily life, culture, and beliefs of the Vietnamese people through puppets on water, accompanied by traditional music.

DAY 2: HANOI – HALONG BAY – CRUISE (B/L/D)
Embark on an exciting journey as you transfer from Hanoi to the mesmerizing Halong Bay, where an amazing sailing experience awaits.
At 8:00 AM, our team will pick you up from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Enjoy a scenic 3-hour drive through the picturesque Red River Delta, passing charming villages and lush rice fields. Take a brief break for refreshments and restroom facilities before continuing your drive. Arrive at the harbor around noon, where a warm reception awaits.
12:30 PM: Check-in on the boat, receive a cruise briefing, and attend safety instructions. Begin your cruise to explore Halong Bay, recognized as one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.
Indulge in a buffet lunch featuring delicious Vietnamese dishes as you sail through the bay, passing serene areas like Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, Soi Sim Beach, and Coconut Three Islands. In the afternoon, visit the Tung Sau area, characterized by unique rock formations and a cultured pearl fishery. Witness the pearl-making process from cultivation to harvesting and sculpting. If you prefer adventure, engage in kayaking. Enjoy the lively atmosphere of the pearl-making space and observe the completion of pearls. Visit the beautiful Titov Beach for swimming (weather permitting), renowned for its fresh ambiance, clear waters, and smooth white sands. Optionally, climb to the top of Titov Island for a panoramic view of Halong Bay. Return to the boat, with free time while sailing to Luon Bo area, anchoring for the night.

At 6:30 PM, participate in a cooking class on the sundeck to learn how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. Following the class, enjoy Happy Hour (Buy one drink, get one free) for a relaxing time of conversation. Witness the stunning sunset over Halong Bay.
Dinner features a deluxe Vietnamese BBQ set menu. Evening activities include leisure time for socializing around the bar, watching movies, and enjoying various Vietnamese cultural films. Relax and spend a romantic night on Pelican Halong Cruise, where music, playing cards, chess, and reading magazines are available. For those seeking a bit of adventure, try your luck at squid fishing and fishing from the boat.
DAY 3: HALONG BAY – HANOI (B/L/D)
Embark on a morning of exploration and tranquility as you bid farewell to the stunning Halong Bay and return to Hanoi.
The day kicks off at 6:30 AM with an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Tai Chi, also known as Tai Chi Chuan, combines deep breathing and gentle movements to promote relaxation. Enjoy coffee, tea, and pastries for breakfast in the dining room, surrounded by the morning splendor of the bay’s landscape.
Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave, where a scenic walk of approximately 100 steps leads to the cave entrance. Spend about 45 minutes exploring Sung Sot Cave, one of Halong Bay’s largest caves adorned with exquisite stalactites and stalagmites. Return to the cruise by tender, check out, and settle your bill at the reception.
Indulge in a buffet brunch while cruising back to Tuan Chau Wharf, savoring the mesmerizing scenery of the bay.
Between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM, disembark from the cruise. A driver will welcome you at the harbor, offering a relaxing journey back to Hanoi with a rest stop along the way. Drop off at your hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 4: HANOI DEPARTURE (B/L/-)
Embark on a day filled with cultural wonders and captivating sights in Hanoi.
At 9:00 AM, your tour guide will pick you up for a visit to the Temple of Literature, a UNESCO World Heritage site built in the 11th century under the Ly dynasty. Explore the beautiful garden and witness the city’s symbol, Khue Van Cac. Delve into the significance of the “stone steles,” showcasing the names of outstanding students, and continue your journey to the Quoc Tu Giam, recognized as Vietnam’s first national university.
Next, choose among the National History Museum, Hoa Lo, Museum of Ethnology, or Fine Art Museum for a visit, followed by a lunch break (at your own expense).
In the afternoon, explore the French Quarter, often referred to as “Little Paris,” with its tree-lined boulevards, government offices, and a spacious square. Admire the exterior of Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum before taking a leisurely stroll in the botanical gardens to explore the Presidential Palace and Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. Visit the unique One-Pillar Pagoda, a symbol of the city, with exploration time ranging from 1 to 2 hours depending on the group size.
Continue your journey to the Quan Thanh Temple, one of the city’s four essential temples, dating back to the 11th century. Worship the Tran Vu gods, principal deities in Taoism, and enjoy a leisurely walk along a romantic road crossing West Lake, offering stunning city views. Pause at the Tran Quoc Pagoda, an ancient structure dating back to the 6th century during the reign of Emperor Ly Nam De Dynasty. Lunch at a local restaurant.
